The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in handling customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional service to our clientele.</p><p>*4-6 weeks, every 3 months. </p><p>*Shift times can vary from 7am-5pm and split shifts </p><p>*Typically, Tuesday-Thursday, sometimes Monday or Friday's</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately handle incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate virtual meeting room</p><p><br></p><p>• Ensure strict attention to detail in verifying customer information such as last name, first name, conference ID, and company name</p><p><br></p><p>• Utilize computer programs and CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records</p><p><br></p><p>• Actively monitor customer accounts and respond to any issues or inquiries</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist customers by providing comprehensive support and solutions to their inquiries</p><p><br></p><p>• Ensure all customer interactions are processed efficiently and effectively.</p>
