As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you are expected to understand data, reporting, automation, and integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce.     Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across programs, Finance, IT, and HRIS to gather business and system requirements, define project objectives, and develop KPIs.

    • Utilize your skills in Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Salesforce Implementations, Salesforce Integration, and Domo

    • Minimum of five years experience in a Senior Business Systems Analyst role or similar


    • Proficient in Atlassian Jira and Confluence


    • Thorough understanding of business systems and their application in a non-profit environment


    • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce


    • Proven ability in performing Gap Analysis


    • Experience with AB Testing methodologies


    • Familiarity with Agile Scrum project management framework
