Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company's image across all communication platforms, including social media, website, and email.
• Plan and host corporate events and seminars, ensuring a positive representation of the company.
• Implement strategies for events, seminars, and outings in line with the company's objectives.
• Develop and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within the allocated funds.
• Preserve a record of completed projects, including photos and client recommendations.
• Support project management staff by maintaining a comprehensive record of project information and costs for future reference.
• Store a library of technical specifications and coordinate with project management staff for updates.
• Track project progress and make projections to help with future planning.
• Assist with prequalification processes for all projects and clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for seminars and events.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated skills in Email Marketing
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing
