We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer II based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Systems Engineer II, you will be making significant technical contributions to the design and verification/validation of a complex medical device. You will also be involved in defining customer needs, creating or modifying product system requirements, and contributing to product safety and security risk management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lead engineer, project manager, and other team members to ensure project/product success
• Develop verification and validation plans, protocols, scripts execution, regression, and reports
• Contribute to product safety and security risk management activities, including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEAs)
• Contribute to the development or modifications to module level design requirements
• Evaluate constraints and make trade-off decisions
• Generate alternatives and take reasonable risks while solving technical problems
• Complete detailed, high-quality technical documentation to capture and communicate designs
• Seek knowledge of the business market, industry, and competitive environment
• Use existing tools and best practices to report and track product and process metrics
• Proactively inform others about developments or issues that affect their work and their ability to meet commitments.

• Proficiency in Materials Handling
• Strong understanding of Quality measures in engineering
• Demonstrated experience in Design and Engineering
• Ability to produce and interpret Metric Reporting
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with various engineering Methods
• Ability to work in a Collaboration-oriented environment
• Knowledge of Best Practices in systems engineering
• Experience in Verification process
• Ability to effectively Resolve Issues
• Proficiency in working with various Protocols
• Understanding of Risk Management in engineering projects
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Familiarity with Module and Deliverable creation
• Experience in Product Development lifecycle
• Ability to create and implement Validation Plans
• Experience in Regression Analysis
• Ability to Capture and implement feedback effectively
• Experience in Modification of engineering designs
• Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles
• Excellent Technical Writing skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve Technical Problems.
