Senior Systems Engineer We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient network environment. The ideal candidate will be able to support all technical systems and teammates. Essential Functions include the following: • Act as senior technical resource supporting the company, and directly assisting IT Leadership• Be a 24x7x365 primary point of contact for all cyber security alerts/events• Fully administer, configure, and maintain company PCs, servers, and network devices• Maintain network architecture connectivity and ensure adherence to security protocols• Maintain deployment and patch management of all systems• Monitor network and system performance (availability, utilization, etc.)• Specify system requirements and design solutions to meet expectations• Manage software licenses and application installations, updates• Oversight and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and procedures• Resolve escalated IT support requests where needed• Research issues, escalating where appropriate, and providing solutions• Assist in defining and developing network policies and procedures• Assist with digesting vendor bids and proposals, providing technical input• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
