Please note you MUST reside in Oregon to be hired for this position. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and oversee scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring an efficient and thorough process for candidates and stakeholders.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to guide them through recruitment workflows and tools, providing support and training as needed.</p><p>• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track hiring metrics and improve talent acquisition strategies.</p><p>• Identify and address roadblocks in the recruitment process, proposing creative solutions to optimize efficiency.</p><p>• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.</p><p>• Enhance the applicant tracking system by managing data accuracy, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Support sourcing efforts by identifying candidates with relevant experience and building talent pipelines for various roles.</p><p>• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for specific positions.</p><p>• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.</p><p>• Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to drive operational excellence.</p>
