As an IT Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and implementing Cisco and Cloud technologies, maintaining our CRM systems, and overseeing Dell Technologies and ERP systems.


    Responsibilities:


    • Lead the deployment and management of Cisco Technologies across the organization

    • Oversee the use and development of Cloud Technologies, ensuring they align with business needs

    • Regularly audit IT systems and practices to maintain high levels of security and efficiency

    • Manage the resolution of IT-related issues, providing technical support where necessary

    • Maintain and optimize our CRM systems to improve customer engagement and efficiency

    • Implement and manage Dell Technologies within the organization

    • Oversee the use and development of ERP systems, ensuring they meet business needs

    • Guide the team in the implementation of Backup Technologies and Configuration Management

    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing a team and overseeing projects to successful completion.

    • Possession of in-depth knowledge of Cisco Technologies
    • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, including software and service applications
    • Strong understanding and experience in Auditing procedures and standards
    • Expertise in Backup Technologies for system security and data protection
    • Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and practices
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
    • Demonstrated Leadership Skills with a proven track record of managing IT teams
    • Relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry is required
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is mandatory
