As a Senior Security Architect, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our information assets and systems by designing and implementing robust security strategies.
Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing a cohesive security strategy in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Identifying, evaluating, and reporting on information assets and information security threats and vulnerabilities
• Creating security architectures for both new and existing systems
• Monitoring industry trends and threat landscapes, recommending necessary controls or countermeasures in collaboration with the Security Operations Team
• Evaluating, selecting, and deploying security tools and technologies
• Acting as the subject matter expert for architectural designs of information security and technology tools and systems
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures in partnership with relevant stakeholders to meet business goals for productivity, profitability, and security
• Collaborating with risk management, compliance, and audit teams to ensure alignment between security and compliance strategies
• Developing and maintaining documentation related to the organization's security architecture, design, and practices
• Refining security policies, standards, and guidelines, and contributing to their development
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to security team members while staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity best practices, technologies, and trends
• Managing key deliverables for Information Security and business leadership, including team dashboard or performance reporting.
