As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will oversee our accounts receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collection of receivables. This position also involves handling federal financial aid, preparing daily deposits, and generating year-end tax reports related to student tuition.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise the accounts receivable department to ensure efficient operations<br>• Oversee the accurate and prompt billing and collection of receivables<br>• Handle federal financial aid matters as part of receivables<br>• Prepare daily deposit reports to keep track of cash flow<br>• Generate year-end tax reports related to student tuition for regulatory compliance<br>• Develop and maintain effective relationships with the public, partners, and customers<br>• Adapt to changing work environments, work priorities, and organizational needs<br>• Make independent decisions to address and resolve problems<br>• Calculate figures and amounts for financial analysis and decision making<br>• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
