    We’re seeking a skilled and creative UX Designer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-focused experiences across a range of platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity and technical know-how, with the ability to turn user needs and business objectives into elegant, functional designs.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and behaviors.
    • Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and design recommendations.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups for digital products.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
    • Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process while balancing business objectives.
    • Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
    • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all designs.
    • Stay informed about UX trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Experience with usability testing and research methodologies.
    • Familiarity with web and mobile design standards, including accessibility (WCAG).
    • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
