    Key Responsibilities:

    • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, calls, appointments, and deadlines. Proactively remind the CEO of daily, weekly, and upcoming events.
    • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, including those with board members. Monitor the CEO’s schedule and ensure preparedness for all engagements.
    • Board Member Support: Respond to and coordinate requests from board members, maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
    • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure all tasks and projects are completed in alignment with organizational priorities.
    • Travel Arrangements: Plan light travel arrangements for board meetings and related events.
    • Administrative Assistance: Support various administrative tasks as needed, including assisting with special projects, data entry, presentations, and reports.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting a CEO and/or C-suite executives.
    • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) with experience using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables for data entry and tracking.
    • Calendar & Scheduling Expertise: Proven ability to manage heavy calendar coordination and scheduling with precision and flexibility.
    • Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive and confidential information.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, remain detail-oriented, and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Soft Skills: Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Must handle constructive feedback well, stay motivated, and maintain a poised, confident demeanor.
    • Culture Fit: Need to be adaptable, take initiative, and maintain the CEO's schedule meticulously. Must know the CEO’s routine and priorities inside-out.
