This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and involves significant interaction with senior management, external auditors, internal audit, and various corporate functions.<br><br>The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in internal controls, public accounting, or internal audit, preferably in a large or complex organization.
