We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the real estate industry, based in Addison, Texas. The role is for a Customer Service Representative whose main duty will be to facilitate a crucial realtor event.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate RSVP calls for the upcoming realtor event
• Ensure the efficient scheduling of the event on the specified dates
• Handle inquiries from customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Keep track of customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Maintain the highest level of accuracy while processing customer credit applications
• Regularly update and maintain customer credit records
• Utilize purchase order number 26448 for all transactions related to this event
• Carry out filing tasks as needed.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in filing and record keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• High level of patience and ability to empathize with customers' needs.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new customer service techniques.
