This role involves becoming an expert in our business applications, processes, and data relationships, as well as providing high-quality assurance and facilitating effective communication with partners.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Develop expertise in our business applications, processes, data relationships, and integration.</p><p>• Establish yourself as a trusted expert partner for our internal Business Stakeholders.</p><p>• Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications.</p><p>• Conduct quality assurance activities, including creation of user stories, test scripts, and system integration testing.</p><p>• Assist our business partners in conducting User Acceptance Testing.</p><p>• Maintain and enhance relationships with partners, working with them to optimize our solutions.</p><p>• Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes.</p><p>• Identify common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to our technology teams.</p><p>• Effectively communicate key insights and findings to our technology teams.</p><p>• Continually seek ways to improve our monitoring processes, discover issues, and deliver better value to our customers.</p>
