In this role, you will support our senior level executives with administrative duties, allowing them to focus on strategic tasks and decision-making. You will help manage schedules, organize meetings, respond to emails, and assist in creating presentations and reports. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is capable of multi-tasking, and can handle confidential information with discretion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, and other events.
    • Prepare, analyze, and revise reports and presentations for the executive leadership team.
    • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
    • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
    • Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
    • Interact with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of executive tasks.
    • Manage, sort, and prioritize daily incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.).


    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role.
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.
    • Outstanding organizational, time management skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
