    Responsibilities
    • Lead the execution of system audits within ADP Workforce Now to identify and reconcile discrepancies in payroll calculations, benefits, tax remittance, expense reimbursements, and other vital workflows.
    • Manage multi-state payroll operations and ensure compliance with state-specific tax laws and regulatory requirements.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably with a focus on ADP Workforce Now
    • Proficient in the use of Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
    • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications in business
    • Demonstrable experience with CRM systems and their implementation
    • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, particularly IBM solutions
    • Experience with About Time software for efficient project time management
    • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management
    • Proven expertise in managing budget processes for large-scale projects
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Familiarity with the construction industry would be a significant advantage
