    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform system maintenance and implement programming updates to enhance functionality in existing RPG systems.
    • Develop and design new processes to improve operational efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation for the entire system, ensuring compliance with SDLC requirements.
    • Secure and manage Policy Administration System programs using appropriate change management systems and protocols.
    • Collaborate with operations teams and Business Analysts to coordinate system testing for the Policy Administration System.
    • Ensure timely completion of system documentation and testing processes.
    • Stay current on emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.
    • Execute additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

    Education and Experience

    • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a programming role.
    • Proficient in RPG programming languages.
    • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and HTML is highly desirable.
