    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with expertise in both older MVC-based development and modern .NET Blazor applications. This role requires a highly collaborative developer who can work effectively in a remote team environment, adhering to an EST schedule. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of full-stack development within the .NET ecosystem.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET applications using MVC and Blazor frameworks.
    • Work on legacy applications while also building modern, scalable solutions.
    • Participate in full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance.
    • Stay up to date with the latest .NET advancements, advocating for best practices.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
    • Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC for legacy application support.
    • Hands-on experience with Blazor for modern web development.
    • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
    • Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React is a plus).
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
    • Strong understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote setting.

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
    • Exposure to unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
    • Previous experience in mentoring junior developers or leading projects.
