    We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to join our finance team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our company, focusing on financial forecasting, cost analysis and pricing, and strategic support for senior management. Your role will not only involve routine finance operations but also provide strategic insights to drive optimal business decision-making.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement pricing models for various product lines and key customer segments
    • Use data analysis skills to examine large volumes of complex data, identifying opportunities to improve company profit
    • Create tools for tracking and reporting on profitability, cost increases, annual price escalations, and recommendations for future improvements
    • Regularly report on key KPIs and cost drivers to facilitate performance dialogues and support operational leaders in achieving their monthly and quarterly goals
    • Analyze trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures, identifying trends and investigating unexpected variances
    • Construct financial models and analyses to support sales opportunities and strategic initiatives
    • Review bids and contracts, assessing risks including unusual costs, required investments, and legal wording
    • Lead the enhancement and compliance of Business Finance processes, standards, and systems
    • Implement and utilize a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports to streamline financial management and decision-making processes
    • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including developing financial presentations and conducting industry/peer group comparisons.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pricing role or similar.
    • Proficient in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).
    • Solid experience in Financial Planning.
    • Competence in Corporate Financial Planning.
    • Proven ability to manage Bid Proposals.
    • Skilled in handling Proposals - RFPs.
    • Strong background in Pricing Analysis.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of Pricing.
    • Familiarity with Pricing Models.
    • Ability to create and manage Pricing Proposals.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
