The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration of financial systems, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and managing various financial projects. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the implementation and finalization of NetSuite for financial management and accounting.
    • Handle bank account reconciliation and manage bank feed systems for efficient transaction management.
    • Process and maintain accurate customer credit records and applications.
    • Provide support in the transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Manage and resolve any issues related to financial system integrations.
    • Collaborate with a lean team to ensure optimal functioning of accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
    • Conduct periodic checks and adjustments for the transition period to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Manage fiscal setups within the NetSuite system.
    • Handle the transfer of various entities into NetSuite, ensuring accurate data migration and system setup.
    • Assist in the resolution of any outstanding issues related to financial system implementations.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Functions
    • Familiarity with Budget Processes and financial planning
    • Proficiency in using NetSuite for financial management and reporting
    • Experience in Bank Account Reconciliation
    • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial operations
    • Expertise in Oracle NetSuite Technologies
    • Experience with Cloud implementations for financial systems
    • Knowledge of Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in finance management
