    We are in search of a Systems Business Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Systems Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing and executing business process functions, conducting gap analysis, and creating business requirement documents. This role also requires a deep understanding of Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), SQL Server, Base SAS, and AML - Anti Money Laundering. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.


    Requirement - ability to write business requirements in the Actimize modules, SAM

    Familiar with inner workings of Actimize (for SAM, CDD, and WLX modules)

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and manage business systems to ensure optimal performance

    • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify and address discrepancies

    • Develop detailed business requirement documents to guide system development

    • Utilize Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) to detect and investigate suspicious activities

    • Leverage SQL Server for database management and data analysis

    • Utilize Base SAS for advanced analytics

    • Implement AML - Anti Money Laundering procedures to prevent financial crimes

    • Ensure compliance with financial crime regulations

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and improve performance

    • Monitor and report on system performance and propose improvements as necessary.

    • Proficiency in Business Systems to effectively carry out system analysis and solve related problems.
    • Experience in Gap Analysis to identify and bridge system requirements effectively.
    • Knowledge of Business Process Functions to ensure seamless integration of business operations.
    • Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide system development.
    • Familiarity with Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) as part of risk management strategy.
    • Proficiency in SQL Server for managing and manipulating data effectively.
    • Experience in Base SAS to perform data analysis and reporting.
    • Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations and practices for compliance.
    • Understanding of Financial Crime Compliance to prevent and detect financial crimes.
