    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the enhancement of the ERP system, ensuring all project requests are accurately documented and prioritized.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to gather clear and actionable requirements for enhancements.

    • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate effort estimates and cost/benefit analysis.

    • Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes in scope, delays, and key milestones.

    • Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes to enhance team productivity.

    • Proactively identify risks and obstacles that could impact project timelines or quality and work with the team to mitigate these risks.

    • Maintain transparent communication within the IT team and with business stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and updates.

    • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide clear documentation on project performance, including post-project evaluations and lessons learned.

    • Collaborate with external vendors for system integrations or development work when necessary, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology project management role
    • Proven experience in managing CRM projects
    • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
    • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
    • Extensive understanding of SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle
    • Experience with JIRA for project tracking and management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking
    • Demonstrated experience in managing Infrastructure Projects
    • Solid background in IT project management
    • Strong understanding of Project Life Cycle Management
