    We are in search of a Proposal Coordinator to become part of our team in the construction and contracting industry. The Proposal Coordinator will be an integral part of our proposal and client development efforts, working alongside a team of other marketing professionals. This is fully onsite position in Metro West (Boston).


    Responsibilities:

    • Support proposal and client development initiatives.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute project plans.

    • Utilize Adobe InDesign to create and edit marketing materials.

    • Maintain steady communication with clients and team members.

    • Write and edit proposals, ensuring accuracy and compelling content.

    • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Demonstrate initiative and motivation in all aspects of work.

    • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry
    • Proven skills in coordination and project coordination
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience in proposal writing, demonstrating ability to prepare compelling and successful bids
    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with a portfolio showcasing previous work
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
    • Understanding of the construction/contractor industry is essential
