    Location: Boston Preferred (Hybrid Role: 3–4 days in-office per week)

    Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST

    Overview:

    We are seeking a talented Content Specialist with a flair for storytelling and expertise in financial services marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a keen understanding of investment management topics, hands-on experience in social media content creation, and the ability to craft platform-specific content that engages retail investors. If you're passionate about breaking down complex financial concepts into digestible, jargon-free content and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Create compelling, educational, and engaging content tailored to multiple social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
    • Simplify complex financial services content into clear and accessible messaging aligned with the brand voice.
    • Develop strategies to educate and engage retail investors with thought-provoking storytelling and high-impact copywriting.
    • Actively manage and monitor platform-specific content to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
    • Adapt swiftly to complex challenges, shifting seamlessly from strategic planning to detailed execution when needed.


    Skills & Requirements:

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a financial services marketing group.
    • Familiarity and interest in investment management topics; financial advisory marketplace knowledge is a plus.
    • Background in retail banking, financial services, or investment-related content creation preferred.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proven proficiency in utilizing social media content management tools (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit).
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, particularly for retail investor education.
    • Capable of creating engaging social media posts free from industry jargon while maintaining brand integrity.

    Communication:

    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and communicate effectively across levels.
