    Senior Director of Product Marketing and Demand Generation needed for a full-time, fully remote position with our client in Greater Boston. MUST have experience in pharma or pharma adjacent industry. MUST have experience developing strategic marketing plans and optimization campaigns from A-Z. Must be proficient in marketing automation tools, analytic tools, and CRM systems. Salary is up to 150K + 15% bonus.


    As the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Demand Generation, you will be tasked with shaping and launching strategic marketing plans, pushing forward demand generation initiatives, and positioning the company's solutions effectively. You will use your outstanding communication and storytelling skills to develop compelling narratives, unify cross-functional teams, and promote the business' brand voice across various channels.


    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Marketing Leadership

    • Formulate and implement a complete product marketing and demand generation strategy that dovetails with our business objectives.

    • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the pharma and pharmacy sectors to reinforce our unique market position.


    Demand Generation Excellence

    • Administer full-cycle demand generation programs that include email marketing, paid media, events, and content strategies.

    • Use analytics to track and improve campaign results and align with sales goals.

    • Create targeted buyer journeys that spark new thought processes, improve performance, and induce brand fidelity.


    Storytelling and Communications

    • Develop and share persuasive narratives that rightfully communicate the company’s mission, the value of our products, and our impact on the industry.

    • Craft custom messages for diverse demographics and multiple communication channels, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.


    Product Marketing Expertise

    • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

    • Collaborate with product management to articulate value propositions for new and existing offerings.

    • Coordinate with the product lifecycle to achieve optimal marketing results.


    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the sales, product, and customer success teams.

    • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as agencies and partners.


    Thought Leadership & Content Development

    • Produce engaging content that reiterates the company’s industry-leading position.

    • Establish the company as a thought leader in innovative patient engagement solutions.

    • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field
    • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies is essential

    • Must be adept at using GMail
