    • Lead and/or supervise special portfolio-wide projects and draft associated policies.

    • Stay current with legal developments and industry practices through attending industry conferences, meetings, and reviewing publications and reports.

    • Consistently demonstrate use of tact and discretion in all communications.

    • Attend to property-related legal matters, including advising on ADA/Fair Housing questions and investigating allegations of discrimination.

    • Must have proven experience in Civil Litigation
    • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate law is required
    • Ability to draft contracts with precision and accuracy
    • Proficiency in drafting various legal agreements
    • Extensive understanding of Liens and Lien Laws
    • Demonstrated experience in Contract Negotiations
    • Familiarity with Fair Housing Law is essential
    • Experience in handling Vendor Contracts
    • Proficiency in Land Use law
    • Understanding of Easements and related legal procedures
