This position is fully remote, full-time hours Monday through Friday, and is an on-going contract position.

Key Duties:

Gather information from clients, conduct interviews to determine eligibility for various immigration benefits (such as visas, green cards, asylum, etc.), and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
Prepare and file forms and petitions required by immigration authorities, such as Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) or Form I-485 (Application to Adjust Status).
Act as a liaison between clients and government agencies, ensuring that clients are informed about the progress of their cases.
Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and ensure that documents are submitted on time. This also includes managing the status of ongoing cases and providing updates.

Requirements:

Applicants must have 4+ YOE in employment / business immigration law
Experienced handling EB1A applications is required, preferably in the tech industry

The salary for this position is $27-28/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
