In this role, you will partner with the internal marketing team to support the design, development, and production of creative assets across multiple campaigns and channels. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about translating brand messaging into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with the Austin-metro community. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including brochures, advertisements, and branding materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.</li><li>Create innovative concepts and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and formats, maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.</li><li>Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to enhance overall design strategies.</li><li>Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual identity across all deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors (printers, media partners, agencies) to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.</li><li>Prepare and deliver final design files in required formats.</li></ul>
