This role combines administrative excellence with strong interpersonal skills to manage scheduling, support sales activities, and maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep.</li><li>Customer Interaction: Greet and assist clients in the showroom, ensuring a professional and positive experience.</li><li>Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, showroom visits, and internal meetings; maintain accurate calendars for leadership and sales teams.</li><li>Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; prepare documents and reports as needed.</li><li>Showroom Coordination: Organize product displays, maintain inventory for samples, and support sales presentations.</li><li>Event & Meeting Prep: Assist with planning and logistics for client meetings and showroom events.</li></ul><p>This role is 100% in office.</p><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Design, configure, and administer <strong>PLM environments</strong> and associated data structures.</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>architecture standards</strong> across CAD and product development systems.</li><li>Build <strong>automation scripts</strong> and internal tooling to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.</li><li>Manage and maintain <strong>product data, engineering documentation, and bills of materials (BOMs)</strong>.</li><li>Create and refine <strong>workflows</strong> supporting configuration management and change control.</li><li>Integrate CAD, PLM, and other engineering systems using <strong>APIs and automation pipelines</strong>.</li><li>Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and engineering standards.</li><li>Provide <strong>technical leadership</strong>, guidance, and best practices for CAD/PLM usage.</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high reliability and data integrity.</li><li>Maintain clear, detailed <strong>documentation</strong> for processes, tools, and system configurations.</li></ul>
