    Responsibilities:

    • Be the first point of contact for internal users by supporting them via ticketing system, phone, email and Teams.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior IT and engineering staff when necessary.

    • Manage controls and governance of technology platforms and ownership of policies and procedures relating to information technology.
    • Participate in the selection, implementation, and management of 3rd party vendor relationships for information technology.
    • Demonstrable experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT
    • Proficiency in using Cisco Technologies
    • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
    • Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies
    • Proficiency in Dell Technologies and Firewall Technologies
    • Knowledge of AB Testing and Active Directory
    • Experience with Backup Technologies
    • Ability to perform Cluster Analysis
