<p>Creative Project Manager (Mid-Senior Level)</p><p><br></p><p>We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced <strong>Creative Project Manager</strong> with a strong background in <strong>Graphic Design</strong> to join our team <strong>onsite in Atlanta, GA</strong>. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative vision and execution, managing the end-to-end workflow for both <strong>print and digital design projects</strong>. This role requires exceptional communication, a team-player attitude, and proven experience managing external <strong>vendors</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Project Management & Workflow:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation schedules.</li><li>Manage the creative workflow from concept and briefing through to final file preparation, production, and archiving.</li><li>Utilize project management software to track project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Creative Oversight & Production:</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage a foundational background in <strong>Graphic Design</strong> to understand creative requirements, production specifications (for both print and digital), and provide informed feedback to designers.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of final assets, ensuring technical specifications are met for various outputs (e.g., press-ready PDFs, web-optimized images, social media assets).</li><li>Act as a technical resource for the design team, troubleshooting issues related to file formats, color profiles, and print production.</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external <strong>vendors</strong>, including printers, mailing houses, and specialized production partners.</li><li>Obtain quotes, negotiate timelines, and ensure vendors adhere to quality standards and delivery schedules.</li><li>Review and approve proofs (both digital and physical) to confirm accuracy before final production.</li></ul><p><strong>Communication & Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative team, internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Product), and external partners.</li><li>Facilitate effective kickoff meetings, status updates, and critique sessions.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, championing the team-player mentality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>The Cloud System Administrator will support production and lower-level AWS environments running Linux, as well as Google Workspace, with future support for Azure environments. This role collaborates closely with Configuration Management, Business Analysts, QA, and developers to ensure secure, stable, and successful solution delivery.</p><p>The Cloud System Administrator serves as a technical expert for Linux within the DevOps teams and supports incident and problem management for Windows and Google environments. Key responsibilities include partnering with the change management team on backup, patching, and support processes.
