This role requires a highly organized legal professional with deep expertise in entertainment production contracts, real estate transactions, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting legal operations across multiple business units.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
    • Review, analyze, and process legal agreements specific to film/TV production and real estate, including lease agreements, production contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial contracts.
    • Maintain and manage a comprehensive contracts database, ensuring accurate tracking and timely renewals.

    • Support corporate governance functions, including maintaining corporate records and managing entity filings.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate bylaws, entertainment industry regulations, and real estate legal requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate or relevant legal education preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal handling contracts in film/TV production and real estate (required).
    • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, real estate law, and entertainment production agreements.
    • Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Proficiency in contract management software and legal research tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
