    We are in the process of bringing onboard a Senior Salesforce Developer in Atlanta, Georgia. This role falls within the realm of Detail Oriented Services and is pivotal in the management of technical aspects of our Salesforce.com® implementation. The selected candidate will be granted an exciting opportunity to work in a role that balances leadership responsibilities with hands-on development and data work.

    Responsibilities
    • Facilitate the technical development and deployment of Salesforce.com® functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
    • Work in concert with business analysts, technical architects, and developers to convert user stories into actionable technical designs, employing tools such as flows, triggers, APEX classes, Lightning Web Components, and MuleSoft/SAP CPI integrations.
    • Coordinate and manage onshore and offshore development teams to ensure efficient delivery, unit testing, QA, and deployment.
    • Maintain extensive data models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation to ensure a thorough understanding of the system.
    • Collaborate with MuleSoft and SAP CPI integration teams for the implementation of data integrations between Salesforce and other systems; develop and execute data migration strategies as necessary.
    • Monitor application performance and provide technical support for the Salesforce.com® platform.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the detail-oriented Services industry as a Salesforce Developer.

    • Proficient in Atlassian Jira, a tool commonly used for issue tracking and project management.

    • Extensive experience in backend development, including the ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications.

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business logic to meet project requirements.

    • Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.

    • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on deployment strategies and scalability.

    • Proven experience in AB Testing, able to create, run, and analyze control and variant tests to ensure optimal system performance.

    • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, able to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.

    • Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications.

    • Experience in API development, able to create and manage APIs to extend and integrate Salesforce's capabilities.

    • Knowledge of ASP.NET, a popular framework for building web applications.
