We are in the retail industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia, offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Product Development Coordinator. As a Product Development Coordinator, your primary function will be to manage and coordinate various aspects of product development and customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships by ensuring efficient processing of customer applications, accurate record keeping, and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and manage packages, including tracking, receiving, and distributing
• Generate and distribute on order reports to vendors for WIP setup and PO revisions
• Regularly review and update the WIP report to ensure deliveries are on track
• Assist in PO updates and liability management
• Oversee seasonal setup in PLM and Tracking Charts
• Receive and confirm bulk trim cards
• Update packaging in BOMs
• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM for different tasks
• Perform AB testing and improve brand awareness
• Handle budget processes and communicate effectively within the team
• Have a good grasp of retail and E-commerce operations
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for maintaining customer relationships and driving sales.
• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Experience with Budget Processes to effectively manage and allocate resources for product development.
• Excellent Communication skills are needed to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Industry knowledge in Retail is required to understand market trends and customer behavior.
• Understanding of E-commerce operations to develop products that meet online market demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
