This is a ground‑floor opportunity to shape how Agile and Scrum are executed across dozens of teams while delivering measurable improvements in execution and delivery.</p><p>The environment is collaborative, fast‑paced, and iterative—similar to a startup mindset within a large enterprise. This role requires flexibility, strong coaching skills, and the ability to adapt Agile frameworks to fit the organization rather than enforcing rigid processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assess Agile maturity across multiple Scrum teams</li><li>Coach Scrum Masters and teams on Agile and Scrum best practices</li><li>Develop actionable improvement roadmaps and track measurable outcomes</li><li>Support an <strong>Enterprise Agile model</strong> (no release engineers)</li><li>Elevate Scrum Masters from task coordinators to empowered Agile leaders</li><li>Partner with leadership to refine Agile ways of working across IT</li><li>Reassess capacity planning, team structure, and Scrum consistency</li><li>Provide daily coaching touchpoints with assigned teams</li><li>Support both U.S.‑based and offshore teams (no direct offshore management)</li><li>Help lay the long‑term Agile foundation for IT delivery</li></ul>
