Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Maintain HRIS employee records and ensure accuracy of personnel files. Assist with benefits administration (open enrollment, eligibility updates, employee inquiries). Assist with payroll coordination by verifying timecards and ensuring data accuracy. Ensure HR practices follow federal, state, and local employment laws.
