    We are seeking a VP of Video & Broadcast Services to join our team in HILLIARD, Ohio. This role revolves around leading the vision and operational excellence of video services in our organization. The VP of Video & Broadcast Services will be involved in strategic planning, operational oversight, client and revenue growth, as well as team leadership and internal collaboration. 100% ONSITE- no remote candidates.


    Responsibilities:


    Strategic Leadership & Business Development

    • Define and implement a forward-thinking video strategy, leveraging AI, augmented reality, and emerging production techniques.
    • Align video production services with client needs, market trends, and financial goals.
    • Drive new business opportunities and expand revenue streams by identifying growth areas.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to position video services as a high-value solution.

    Operational Oversight & Financial Management

    • Lead a team of 4 direct reports: Post-production (editing/graphics), Field Director (studio/on-location management), Producers (creative/budgeting), and Engineering (equipment procurement and technology advancements).
    • Oversee the work of 80-90 employees, ensuring operational efficiency and workflow improvements.
    • Optimize budgets and eliminate inefficiencies to improve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
    • Work closely with the CFO on financial planning, investments, and cost control.
    • Ensure smooth execution of production processes, including studio operations, live broadcasts, and corporate video projects.

    Team Leadership & Succession Planning

    • Build a strong leadership pipeline, focusing on succession planning and mentorship programs to develop internal talent.
    • Provide guidance and structure to the production teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and innovation.
    • Help teams break bad habits and embrace change, ensuring adaptability in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
    • Support the integration of new technologies and processes to future-proof video production operations.

    Client-Centric Approach & Industry Expertise

    • Must have experience working on the client side of video production, understanding budgets, needs, and storytelling for brands.
    • Focus on corporate video production, including internal communications, product launches, and brand storytelling.
    • Ensure client expectations are met with high-quality production, strong creative direction, and strategic project management.

    • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the video production/broadcasting industry.
