    The Executive Project Manager works closely with the Vice President of Service to support the development of the overall direct sales and service business of the company.     Responsibilities include up to and not limited to:

    • Monitor and organize summary reports for service KPI’s both nationally and regionally
    • Supporting the development of the overall direct sales & service business model
    • Preparation of data and presentations for internal and external meetings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Teams environment
    • Conducting follow up and distribution of materials for internal and external meetings
    • Understanding the sales process, P& L Statements, and managing costs
    • Developing and implementation of strategic sales & service and marketing projects
    • Planning, organizing, and participating in customer visits

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required, business, marketing or related field
    • Industry knowledge or recent experience in manufacturing environments
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in MS Teams
    • Strong communication skills to include effective communication with varying levels of external customers, external suppliers and internal technical staff
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Executive Summaries, Flow Charts
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
    • Proven flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
