    • Manage confidential and sensitive information including contracts, offerings, litigation, etc. with the utmost discretion.

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in a corporate setting

    • Proficient in SEC filings and understands the legal and regulatory requirements

    • Experience in managing and maintaining Corporate Minute Books

    • Experience in Equity Investment and the legal aspects associated with it

    • Proficient in conducting Due Diligence for various business transactions

    • Extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Law, including its principles and practices
