    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting civil litigation matters, particularly unlawful detainers, with the opportunity to assist on probates/estate planning cases.

    Keys to Success

    We are looking for someone who is:

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented to help keep attorneys on track and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Experienced with civil litigation (minimum 1 year required, more preferred) and knowledgeable in court processes, calendaring, and drafting documents.
    • Comfortable pitching in wherever needed and maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
    • Familiar with probates/estate planning, or willing to be trained in these areas.
    • A certified notary public – not required but a plus!

    Worksite & Schedule

    • Fully onsite in Vallejo, CA.
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
