    • Ability to conduct effective training sessions for new recruits and existing employees.
    • Significant experience in Civil Litigation, with the capability to identify and recruit talented attorneys in this field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive compensation packages for candidates.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Proven track record in filling attorney positions in a timely manner.
    • Solid knowledge of recruitment laws, policies, and regulations.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
    • Detail-oriented certification in human resources or recruitment is preferred.
