What You’ll Do:

Post daily customer deposits with the help of automated tools (approximately 100 invoices per day).
Perform AR account cleanup, reconciliation, and analysis of customer statements.
Make friendly corporate collection calls focused on resolving payment delays (often due to missing invoices).
Send and follow up on invoices to secure payments from customers.
May grow to assisting in supporting the current external audit, if applicable skills align.

Spend part of your day posting daily transactions.
Dedicate time to customer account analysis, collections, and cleaning AR accounts.
Build strong relationships with corporate customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Who You Are:

Experience: 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable, corporate collections, or staff accounting experience preferred.

Attributes: Positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively in a small team, and excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
Experience in high-volume environments appreciated (several thousand invoices per month).
