    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s small but dynamic team in Muscatine, IA. This role is critical to ensuring smooth AR operations. With high invoice volume and strong customer relationships, this temporary role provides an excellent opportunity for work with a great team while gaining valuable experience.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Post daily customer deposits with the help of automated tools (approximately 100 invoices per day).
    • Perform AR account cleanup, reconciliation, and analysis of customer statements.
    • Make friendly corporate collection calls focused on resolving payment delays (often due to missing invoices).
    • Send and follow up on invoices to secure payments from customers.
    • May grow to assisting in supporting the current external audit, if applicable skills align.

    • Spend part of your day posting daily transactions.
    • Dedicate time to customer account analysis, collections, and cleaning AR accounts.
    • Build strong relationships with corporate customers in a friendly and professional manner.
