We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to lead and oversee our paralegal support function across multiple practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with significant people management experience in a law firm setting who is passionate about fostering professional development, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional support for attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Oversight: Lead and manage the paralegal support function, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, utilization, and professional development.
- Orientation & Training: Coordinate and participate in the orientation and onboarding of new paralegals, ensuring they receive appropriate training and access to essential resources.
- Employee Relations: Handle performance management, employee relations issues, counseling, and career coaching for paralegals in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Performance Evaluations: Lead and manage the performance evaluation process, including soliciting lawyer feedback, reviewing evaluations, and conducting annual performance reviews with supervisees.
- Engagement with Attorneys: Actively engage with practice groups and individual lawyers to understand their needs and the skills of the paralegals, ensuring high-quality legal work and efficient support is provided.
- Workflow Management: Manage paralegal workflow, capacity, utilization, and assignments to enable timely and efficient attorney support.
- Time Management Approvals: Approve employee PTO requests and timesheets via the Time and Attendance System.
- General Management Duties: Participate in additional projects or provide supplemental support to Practice Group Directors as assigned.
