Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the development team, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
Architect, design, and develop high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to define and deliver product features and improvements
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices
Mentor and support team members in their professional development and technical growth
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and maintain scalable systems
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential for integration
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos

Skills/Experience Looking For:

7+ years of .NET software development experience with at least 2 years in a Lead Developer position
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Azure DevOps, Blazor, SQL Server, Azure, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
