Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
OfficeTeam is excited to collaborate with an established growing company to find a qualified Receptionist. This Receptionist role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a great team with a fantastic company culture. This Receptionist role would be a full-time and temporary-to-hire position in a professional office setting. The position would be starting as soon as possible. It requires the following skills and duties:
Act as first point of contract both in person and over the phone, greet clients as they arrive.
Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
Familiar with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office a must.
Ability to take direction well, be comfortable working both alongside a team and independently.
Assist in other administrative and clerical duties as necessary, help out with excel spreadsheets and possibly power-point slides.

1+ years of administrative support experience
Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Proven ability to use the internet for research
Microsoft Office experience desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word experience preferred
