We are in search of an IT Sales Business Development Manager who will be stationed in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be tasked with managing client relationships, conducting IT network site reviews, and creating optimal proposals and solutions for clients. You will also be responsible for generating new business, securing deals, and overseeing special projects.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct thorough reviews of IT networks at various sites and collaborate with your corporate team to develop practical solutions.
• Analyze service offerings and agreements to devise the most suitable proposal for the client.
• Use various strategies such as attending networking events, making calls, sending emails, and utilizing social media and other marketing tools to prospect potential clients.
• Secure new business deals, oversee renewals, and manage special projects and additional services.
• Utilize skills in Enterprise Infrastructure and Basic Network Troubleshooting to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Travel around Omaha Metropolitan area as needed for client meetings and site reviews.
• Demonstrated experience in an IT Sales Business Development Manager role or similar.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Infrastructure, with a clear understanding of its application in sales and business development.
• Familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a sales context.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain detail-oriented networks.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
• Willingness to continually update knowledge of industry trends and developments.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and sales presentations.
