    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
    • HRIS Knowledge: Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
    • Strong Knowledge of Employment Laws: Proven ability to interpret and apply HR and safety regulations.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities to interact with employees at all levels.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
