    The ideal HR Business Partner candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP preferred.


    Other requirements for the HR Business Partner position include and are not limited to:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle human resource management experience preferred.
    • Manufacturing, shop, warehousing, furniture + fabrication experience preferred.
    • Experience managing APS Systems
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
    • Prior experience facilitating an HRIS implementation, system change or system integration.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
