    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the HR department

    • Assist the HR Generalist and HR Administrator in their daily tasks

    • Involvement in hiring and termination processes as per the industry norms

    • Provide support during the open enrollment period for benefits

    • Utilize Paylocity for payroll, application, onboarding, and open enrollment processes

    • Strong knowledge of Compliance laws and regulations pertaining to HR

    • Solid experience in managing Employee Relations and conflict resolution

    • Proficiency in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding

    • Familiarity with Paylocity software for HR tasks would be a plus

    • Experience in Process Improvement within HR operations

    • Knowledge of Departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in an HR context
