Our client is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication between visitors, staff, and teams. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment, making it the ideal opportunity for individuals who excel at multitasking and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, guests, and staff with professionalism and ensure their needs are addressed promptly
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage voicemail systems.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for staff, ensuring all bookings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain front desk supplies and assist in the ordering of office materials as needed.
- Handle visitor or staff concerns while escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external visitors, ensuring smooth interactions and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma required; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
