    Responsibilities:


    • Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements (domestic and international).
    • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing emails, calls, and requests.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including briefing documents and follow-ups.

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a similar financial services industry.
    • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Highly resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business tools.
